Scheduled Property Checks
Regular visits are the foundation of an effective Home Watch program. We inspect your property on a schedule that aligns with your travel plans and, where applicable, your home insurance requirements. Each visit includes a thorough walk-through of both the interior and exterior of your home, allowing us to identify anything unusual before it becomes a larger issue. After every inspection, you'll receive a detailed report complete with a checklist, time and date stamp, and photos documenting the condition of your property.
Interior Safety & Condition Monitoring

During every visit, we monitor your home's interior for signs of leaks, moisture, pest activity, heating concerns, power interruptions, and other unexpected issues that can develop while a property sits vacant. We also verify that doors and windows remain secure, check key systems as required, and make simple adjustments such as rotating blinds and lighting to help maintain the appearance of an occupied home.
Exterior Safety & Condition Monitoring
Your home's exterior is exposed to changing weather and other conditions every day. As part of each Home Watch visit, we perform a complete walk-around of the property, checking for visible damage, snow accumulation, drainage concerns, signs of forced entry, and anything else that could affect the safety or condition of your home. We also inspect garages, gates, and access points, while collecting mail or packages when requested to help keep your property looking occupied and well cared for.
Reporting & Communication
Knowing your home has been checked is important. Knowing exactly what was found provides true peace of mind. Following every Home Watch visit, you'll receive a detailed report outlining the inspection, accompanied by time-stamped photographs documenting your property's condition. If we identify anything requiring immediate attention, we'll contact you promptly so you can make informed decisions before a small concern has the opportunity to become a costly problem.
Repair & Trade Coordination
If an issue comes up while you're away, you don't have to manage it from a distance. We can coordinate access for trusted trades, repair professionals, deliveries, maintenance appointments, or other service providers on your behalf.
Meeting contractors at the property, provide access, stay onsite when required, document completed work, and keep you updated throughout the process. Similar to the repairs themselves, this can be subscribed to as an additional fee.
