What's Included in a Routine Clean
Maintenance Cleaning is intended to maintain a home that has already received an initial deep clean or is already in generally good condition.
Homes with significant buildup or that have gone an extended period without professional cleaning may require a Deep Cleaning service before beginning recurring maintenance visits.
While we don’t expect you to have to “clean for the cleaner”, in order to deliver the best possible results, we require reasonable access to surfaces and spaces throughout the home.
Excess household clutter or areas with household or personal items that require significant tidying may impact the time needed to complete the service. In these cases, additional time may be required, or certain tasks may be prioritized to align with the agreed time and budget.
Kitchen Refresh
The kitchen is restored to a clean, functional space after each visit. Countertops, sinks, appliance exteriors, and high-touch surfaces are cleaned and sanitized, while everyday spills, fingerprints, and light grease are removed to keep the heart of your home looking its best.
Bathroom Refresh
Bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized to maintain a fresh, hygienic environment. Sinks, vanities, toilets, showers, mirrors, and fixtures are refreshed to control soap residue, water spots, and daily buildup before they become larger cleaning projects.
